Is the so-called "law" just a phyucked-up and insane lie?
Aren't real laws unbreakable rules, like the laws of nature once broken they are therefore proved false(a lie)?
Isn't the refusal to accept truth/reality(denial) the definition of insane? (old Websters)
Could this explain why all US courts refuse to accept truth and only permit "facts" to be heard(so they can cut and paste them to create their version of supposed truth/reality)?

Everyone has their own version of the truth. It's called perception. My perception and your perception of the exact same event could be TOTALLY different. I learned that as a bank teller when we were robbed. Every teller had a different description of the guy including totally different hair colour. So, which one is the ultimate truth? Which one is reality? The courts have to draw a line somewhere or they would be even more backlogged than they already are.

It's insane, isn't it? I feel the same way you do. But, the laws are open to interpretation. I guess that's why there's so much ridiculous arguing on what others would see as a clear cut case. One of the reasons I decided not to pursue law.

the law "is what it is" the problem is not with the words. the true problem is those individuals that refuse to live in a peaceful society and obey the written laws. the law breakers are the liars, cheaats and thieves that destory those around them. follow the rules and the insanity is nullifed

So courts should allow "stories" to be heard? And "non-facts"? What a moronic outlook. In your theory, everyone is "innocent" since laws are proven "false". However, laws are not theories to be proven or disproven. They are the standard basis upon which we live and thus, cannot be "false". Laws are whatever we make them. What US courts are refusing to accept "truth"? The one that convicted YOU????

the da's make and bend the laws and procedures as they go along. good faith. they don't know the facts and truth is not an option' it's ok for them to lie, cheat, and deceive. that's why they don.t need real evidence because they tamper with evidence. we don't get to hold the evidence in our possession, they judge us by them. defendants would tamper with evidence. plus it costs a fortune in some tampering of evidence to prove they have no good faith. I'm scared to death.

i think that congress and the adminastation think they can get away wit it, but really, they have hidden agendas to sell out america, and to make america much different, with more forieng interest, and more war, and to ultimatly diminish our rights.
