think ! what's the best use of an old 1st/2nd generation cell phone ?

my kids use our 1st and 2nd cell phones as toys, that's the best idea i have.

posers in middle school could use them to act like they're cool but not have the expense.

you can still use the alarm & timer parts if you keep the charge, but at the same point, why not just use your new cell phone as an alarm & timer?

great question, i love the way engineers think. An optimist, a pessimist, and an engineer were being evaluated by psychologists for a study. I donated my old cell phone to local sheriff's department to give to the elderly and the less fortunate. The Sheriff's department will program these phones so that they will only dial 911. Then these people will have phones in case ofemergencies.

not useless at all... they're very good for making calls. And that's the only thing I ask of my cell phone...

As a matter of fact, old cell phones are sent to africa to be used there since they're still at 1st and 2nd generation.

So, they're already recycled!!!!!

Haha, nicely i think of its greater particular to you individually than your age. individually, i'm inquiring for a piano (keyboard).. the form which would be hooked as much as a working laptop or laptop, buddies DVDs, iTunes present enjoying cards, outfits/outfits present enjoying cards, polaroid action picture, and this Beatles poster i've got been wanting.

Donate them to your local women's shelter.An old cell phone can still call 911,and could be a lifesaver.

You can donate them to women's shelters for use as 911 emergency phones.

They can be donated to some charities, which can often find a good use for them.

give them to some kids for a play phone...

You can use them to make shoes.
