No, it is not possible, all these offers are scams, that is not the way that people look for employees for good money.

yes, make your own website. Put google ads on it to start making money. Make a website about something you believe in and are passionate about. If you can't afford to buy a domain and hosting, I suggest blogging. Blogger.com is free, I was making 125 a week off of blogger at one time, off this website here. http://myhivstory.com/ but thats the cheapest easiest way i know. My brother makes 350,000 a year off the net, from his websites. it can be done, just have to be passionate about it
