i got some sort of rash, help!?

Sooo i think yesterday i started itching the back of my heel thinking it was a bug bite. turned out there were little bumbs all over. then today i found it on my knee and forearm. its just a bunch a little tiny tiny bumps. it doesnt itch tooo bad just if i accidentally touch or have my clothes rub on it. i don't think its poison ivy. and the last time i was in the woods was a week ago so i dont think that has much to do with it. i was just wondering if anyone knew what it was and if i should really worry about it. i am a bit of a hypochondriac if you havent noticed.

My husband had something very similar three weeks ago. i made him go to the doctor because it was spreading. The doctor said that it was a good thing he came in because it would continue to spread with out the medication my husband had to take. The doctor said that it was a skin irritation mostliky caused by exposure to something outdoors. Once he started the meds it started to clear up in a matter of days. Go TO THE DR!!!!!
