How can I get rid of the veins on my feet?
Damn it I have horrible budging green veins... argggg... someone just make it stop budging.
i think i have those budging veins when I work out really hard. I walk around 3 miles a day 5 days a week and I only wear sports shoes when exercising. Other times I wear flip flops.

Try some skin creme lotion. It works. I used it for the redness and swelling in my feet.

Non-medical treatment
The irritation -- especially the itching -- of varicose veins can be controlled to an extent with either of the following:
anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen or aspirin -- but there is a risk of intestinal bleeding.
regular exercise, including vein gymnastics, wading through water and going barefoot.

Medical treatment
The treatment of varicose veins varies per patient. It depends upon the results of an ultrasound examination.
Some of the treatment options include surgery which uses lasers to close off the blood flow to the abnormal vein. Below is a list of vein treatment options:
sclerotherapy
EVLT (endovenous laser treatment)
ambulatory phlebectomy
radiofrequency occlusion
vein ligation
vein stripping

hi, you won't be able to stay away from veins, they are merely there. now in some human beings they simply practice greater, quite in those with dwindled pores and skin, even with the shown fact that that's no longer something undesirable or weird and wonderful, all of us have them, so it rather does not count number

do some good work out, so that the blood gets to circulate well... and then when you are resting - pull your feet up somewhere.....that helps!
You can do it very often; if you watch tv, take off your shoes, and pull up your legs so that they are on couch part higher than rest of your body. Sounds weird; but works well.
