How can I get rid of these albino car spiders?

Every year around this time I get these creepy white spiders infeseting my car. They make these cocoon like webs in the cracks between my door and my car. They really freak me out and I panic when I see them so I'm afraid I'll get into an accident. They only seem to come out at night. I would do some research on this, but I can't even deal with looking at pictures of spiders. Does anyone know what they are (this is NJ)? What can I do to prevent them from nesting in my car?

Hmm maybe you could use some bug spray like on the carpet and on the doors. I would leave the windows cracked so that it airs out. I would also spray some on the outside of your car every couple of days or after it rains. See if that helps. That is really strange, I have never heard of those.
