Terrorist interrogation?

In my opinion they torture and murder our troops when captured, put it on video, spread it on the internet. Eye for an eye. If that's the way they want to play then we will play by their rules. Don't give me the crap about that's what separates us from them either. They started it, they murdered civilians before there was a war, they are the ones that brag about their atrocities. And has anyone heard any of the humans rights groups complaining about them?

Yes. When you are an enemy of the state, why in the hell do people try and grant them the rights of our citizens. They are enemies and should be treated as such. I dont care what they do in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to those dudes. They are obviously there for a reason. If what they do there prevents another 9-11 and provides intel for our troops and such, then keep on with the good work.

Those rights only apply to U.S. citizens, and if they were caught doing something on video, or in the act, they should be feeling lucky that they are still alive.

I would assert that terrorism is among the most inhuman things one can engage in.

With absolute proof in hand the court should be empowered to legally strip the individual of (some of) his rights as a human. Additional rights stripped as more inhuman acts are proven. This would open that individual to greater examination techniques.

Yes i agree if he is caught in the act or on video we have every right to use any means, but thats not what the government is doing, if anybody is suspected they are violated by the same government that preaches freedom, people are in prison right now with no charges and no evidence of any wrong doing. In prison for years for suspicion. And if we as americans dont do something about it, it may very well be us one day

As long as the US government holds David Hicks(an Australian citizen) with "no charge",which they have done for the past 4 years I think that the terrorists have a right to treat american soldiers in the same manner (no sunlight,no exercise yard, poor food).

The genivere convention states "prisoner shall be treated in an appropriate manner". America doesn't treat any of it's prisoners as "human" but runs to the UN everytime one of their soldiers get the same treatment.

Would it fit into your little head if I said that torturing people is going on in the US, at least, for a long while? Look at what intelligence that got them. I don't really like to recommend it, but you might consider becoming a Christian.

No we can't. But I do agree that we need to fight fire with fire but it is not allowed. It's against Geneva conventions even though the terrorist don't abide by it, however we must.

it's already happened to innocent Americans before so why not be aggressive toward evil minded murderers that want to kill us. it won't go away by being sheep to the slaughter I say use the most effective means they justify it !
