If it has colors in it DON'T use peroxide. It will bleach it. Use seltzer water instead and some mild dish detergent. Scrub.

When my kids were little i learn the easy way to get blood out of any type fabric.. because of constant nose bleeds.
Throw you shirt or what ever you got blood on before putting it in the washer into the toliet and let it soak for a little bit.. and all of the stain will be gone.. rinse and rub just a little and you don't even need a spot remover.. it comes right out there is something about the (clean) water in the toiliet that takes the blood out of fabric..
I know it sounds a little bit gross. but i used cloth diapers and it was just a habit to throw them in the toliet to rince them out and found that it worked with blood stains too.
If you have already washed it , you probably won't get the stain out.. You could try if already washed a spray you can find at the grocery store.. called mean green.it takes out pretty much all stains off of anything..
hope this helps

Go to the grocery store, and buy a jar of meat tenderizer. It has enzymes in it that break down the blood. Shake it onto your wet blouse, rub it in to make a paste(Gentle rubbing though),let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash according to your fabric type. It might take more than 1 treatment.
If you have already washed and dried your satin, it may not work because the stain will have set.
Good luck.

This is going to sound weird but my grandmother swore that to get blood out of a difficult fabric the best way was to soak it overnight preferably during a full moon (she was a little superstitious) in cold water. If you could do that in the moonlight outside even better! My mother recommends ZOUT....and I just make it a habit to soak things overnight in the washing machine and run it the next day.....Tide gets everything out when used to soak things. Good luck!

Use peroxide. Dab some peroxide on a fabric, and follow on to the blood stain. If the blood stain is old.. it ought to not be so valuable. Hurry up and get it now. in basic terms enable the peroxide dry on the stains in one day, and it will be good.

I would take it to the cleaners for them to work on. I would take pictures to document the condition of the garment prior to dry cleaning and make sure the cleaner will insure the garment. There is nothing worse than having the cleaners lose or ruin your clothes.

Peroxide and a soft toothbrush. You might want to spot test an inconspicuous spot first. to make sure the fabric doesn't bleed (no pun intended).
