My miniature schnauzer's from botoom teeth are loose, what could be wrong?
Yesterday I noticed that there was a gap between the 2 center teeth, so I checked it out. One was very lose and a cracked. Then I also noticed that the other 3 front ones are a little lose, but not too terrible.
She may have bitten something very hard, which explains that cracked tooth. But I don't think this would explain the others though. Has anyone experienced lose teeth in their dogs?

She could have cracked the tooth trying to catch something too hard in her mouth which would also loosen the rest you noticed as loose.
I have trained frisbee dogs using the frisbees made especially for dogs because they are softer and have a scent making them easier for the dogs find if you throw them when they are not paying attention.
Tooth decay does not occur in wild dogs because they don't get sugar in their diets. If you feed your dog canned food you should brush their teeth weekly and give them toys that promote dental stimulation like nylabones and rawhides. Dry food is best and biscuits for treats. Also a little cheese before meals helps to prevent decay.
If she is older her gums may be soft and diseased causing the looseness and likely tenderness. If there is tartar build up your vet can clean them and show you how to brush them for her. She won't like it at first but once it is routine and you are gentle as not to hurt her she will like the attention and praise to willingly let you every time. While you are there have the vet show you how to clean her ears too. It is easy and could save you from future problems and vet bills. Ear mites stink and leave black spots that look like dirt.

My mixed breed dog that is 13 years old has loose teeth also. Age is at work with her. Take your dog to the vet and have a dental check up. Don't play tug of war with your dog either--not even loosely, as it may make the problem worse. Follow any recommendations your vet makes for changes to diet and follow up visits. I've been taking my dog in for regular dental check ups every six months--just like me--it's helped her keep her teeth! Good luck!

It also may be due to a lack of certain minerals and vitamines. Perhaps you should have her as well as her diet checked by a proper vet!
