Why did bush try to sell our seaport security to Arab leaders?

Well, I am a Liberal Democrat, but this issue got way too much negative play by the media.

The Arab nation in question is an ally of the US and was only seeking ownership of the facilities, which would of course continue to have been manned by Americans. China and a few other nations already have such ownership arrangements.

It's probably not the best idea in the world, but again, I think too much has been made of essentially a non-issue.

There are so many other more important things we need to be worried about with this president.

The Coast defend is in charge for port protection. i ask your self why you probably did not point out, that Clinton offered the port administration to a British company, That the Dubai company grew to become into paying for the british owned company. The question grew to become into, might the U. S. enable the administration settlement stand, with new vendors. yet of direction, you could not anticipate each and all of the data from considered one of those partisan political quaetion.

He had nothing to do with the Dubai Ports deal. Even your man Bill was lobbying for the deal behind Hillary's back.

he did not. the arab company was only doing OPERATIONS. they did not want to take over security. that would still be done by the port authority, harbormaster, coast guard, police, customs, etc.

Because the arabs own the Bush family. Bush doesn't care about our security. He cares that you are scared. Scared people are easily manipulated.
