Build a friendship with her if her parents won't let her date you yet. Besides, you are 14, why would you even want to ask her out- you can't go anywhere unless your parents drive you... how awkward! Just be friends and when you turn 16 ask her out again if you still like her. Plus, being friends first is sometimes a good idea before you start dating someone.

You've already been told why you can't date this girl yet. Are you looking for advice on being patient, or advice on getting over her and dating someone else with possible option of "upgrading" in two years?

Do not, do not, DO NOT attempt to get her to defy her parents' wishes. NEVER underestimate the power of a pissed-off legal guardian. HOWEVAH! Since you see your sweetie at church, it's safe to bet that you also see her parents at church? And perhaps you see them all at church-related functions that are not weekly services? If you really want this girl, I highly recommend attempting to demonstrate to her parents that you are a "nice boy" and a well-behaved specimen who would actually treat their little girl well and not just be out for one thing. (Even if you are ultimately just out for one thing, the important part is that they don't believe this. Though, really, good luck on that.)

Parental approval does not automatically equate "kiss of death" as far as your appeal to her would go. If anything, it might mean that once you're allowed to date her, you'd be allowed to stay out later or go more places than someone they didn't like.

ok i am almost 14 and i think i can help you. ask her to go to the mall or a movie or anything! but. ask one of your friends to go with you too. and one of hers. so it's not a date it's just a few friends going out. and when you are there with her just act your self. just talk like you would on aim. and mabey her parents will let her date sooner if they see what a nice guy you are. and if they don't just wait till she can date. try this and tell me how it goes! good luck! :)

Keep talking to her, spend time with her as friends, talk to her about how you feel...I mean, if you really like her, you can be with her even if her parents don't let her go out...just be there, and show her how you feel.

take your time take her to the moves as friends lol. do something you both like together then things wont be so awkward and conversation will come.

heh go ahead and go out with her, if you both like each other, you should go out. Just make sure her parents dont find out. I've gone out with girls and my parents have no clue that i even like girls.
