There are gells and creams etc. and each has a particular application and lasts a different amount of time - there are a thousand shades of blue and you dont say which... Go to Punk rock stores, or radical hairdressers for different products. If you bleach your own hair ( $10 ) and get a can or bottle of blue ( $10 ) it wont cost much. But then you would not be certain of what it looks like.

Well I got the bottom 2 or 3 inches of my hair dyed red, and it only cost $45. Maybe since your hair is curly it will cost more. It also depends on where you get it dyed. So I'm just giving you my average.

at normal hairdressers it can cost as much as 30 dollars. so why not do it yourself at home for as little as 6 dollars. theres the range got2be. it has colouring products and it really works. if you haven't heard of the brand then just do normal hair colourants.
