I have trouble sleeping, has anyone taken Melatonin 300 MCG, this seems like a lot to me,?

I have been taking 3 mg's but 3 of them at night, I was just wondering about the 300 MCG and what effect it might have on my body.

    300 mcg (micrograms) equals 0.3 mg (milligrams). Usual safe dose of melatonin is 1-3 mg (1000-3000 mcg). 9 mg seems like a big dose to me.

    Have you tried a good multivitamin and multimineral supplement? Valerian and Theanine are good for helping you relax. Chamomile and lavender are also helpful. Go to vitasearch.com for more info.
