    It's simple. Everything not forbidden is compulsory. You must drive as fast as you are forbidden.

    Hi smilesfromred, in a state of confusion, the best speed limit is no speed at all! Just grind to halt for a while, relax and think what caused you to be in that state! After a while, when you are mentally clear, you can start again slowly and increase your speed gradually, so that you have a smooth sailing!

    There are absolutely NO limitations in the state of Confusion.

    The State Patrol Laws state the limit to be "When Nobody can hear you clearly or Understand Anything"

    Well sometimes it can be 57.98 Mph, but other times it can be 102, 83, 10, 29, or 44, depending on the region of confusion
