Hi smilesfromred, in a state of confusion, the best speed limit is no speed at all! Just grind to halt for a while, relax and think what caused you to be in that state! After a while, when you are mentally clear, you can start again slowly and increase your speed gradually, so that you have a smooth sailing!

Well sometimes it can be 57.98 Mph, but other times it can be 102, 83, 10, 29, or 44, depending on the region of confusion
