why do i look and feel skinnier in the morning?
when i first wake up and look in the mirror, i look and feel skinny. but as the day goes by, i start to look fatter and feel fatter. does this happen to anybody else, or is it just me?

Because you digest food overnight, and rested well so not all depressed with a long days work after eating lots of comfort food, feeling a little bit guilty.

I agree with whoever said "sweating during the night" and whoever said "farting" (mainly cuz I laughed my butt off). But it's probably a mixture of some water retention being released, and the fact that you're tummy is empty.

I noticed that when I was underweight, I don't notice it so much now. I think it's because your stomach and digestive tract are empty. Food and liquid traveling through add weight throughout the day as they pass through.

Maybe you really are skinnier in the morning. It could be fluid loss from sweating in your sleep, I don't know...

I THINK ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T EATEN OR DRANK ANYTHING THAT CAN BLOAT YOU TILL LATER IN THE DAY.IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US.
