Is it leagle to "joke" about preforming sexual acts on your own Children?

I don't believe it is "illegal" to "joke". Not a good idea, maybe but "illegal"...no.

Some people could take it the wrong way and maybe even have you arrested for suspcion of child molestation. Is it really worth a laugh to risk getting in trouble with the law?

Did you report that person? There are agencies who deal with child abusers and you should refer them to his posts and let them scout him out.

It's legal to "say" anything in America. It's stupid and may well raise considerable suspicion if you tell the type of jokes which you have mentioned.

i don't think its illegal, but it would definitely make people suspicious. its not a good thing to joke about. someone might take it seriously. i haven't seen his questions but i will look now.

Ok I just looked at his questions and he is disturbed. But again, its not illegal to joke about it. He's just trying to get a rise out of people by saying crazy things.

It is immoral and that is a risk a person takes due to possible further investigation of local state agencies!

Maybe... but NOT funny at all. Joke about eating them with a side salad or something... much better.

You can joke about anything you want but sometimes a joke is an outer manifestation of an inward desire.

In poor taste and will certainly give a bad image, but not illegal...sigh
