Well if they can speak clear ENGLISH, and can hold a job, pay taxes, and pay for their own meals at Wal-Mart instead of Food Stamps. If they can't speak English, they can stay at the border until they can. The Hard thing about this, is the fact that the Government can track one cow that had Mad Cow disease, but they cannot track down MILLIONS of illegal aliens that are around our whole country?? I am not a racist, just true to what I believe in, which is fair to the real AMERICAN family. If people understood how heart breaking it is to go to Wal-Mart and get groceries, and you see that they have two shopping carts full of NAME-BRAND groceries, which any normal family would only wish that they could get (especially kids [the sugared candies,and the cookies etc.]) all of this food for barely anything. Then you look up, and they hand the cashier $5 and a card, and card that simply gives them everything, and they come here illegally, and get everything for free, and you have American people busting their butts trying to keep from foreclosing on their house, or losing their car, and for someone to see that would really put you into a state of shock. How could this happen? Well it just does. Do I believe in a wall between Mexico and the United States border, of course I do. Although they take jobs that people, in America, don't find desirable, that's a positive. But also taking jobs from Americans that have been at their place of employment for 30 years, but because an immigrant, who (keep in mind is here illegally) can just waltz in and apply for the job, because of course the business is an equal oppurtunity employer, then the person (man or woman) is replaced because the company have the same amount of work, done quicker, and cheaper. The other negative is the fact that they do not spend the money back into the American economy. It goes to their families in Mexico, which also kills our economy too. Go ahead call me a racist, but I'm speaking my mind, and this is how a lot of people feel, and they just don't want to stand up and say anything about it. Getting back on track to your question. I'm okay with them getting a license as long as they speak fluent english, pay their taxes, and have a real job. A routine back-ground check would probably in order to make sure that they are actually in America legally. Go ahead call me a racist, whatever it doesn't bother me. If this doesn't account for a best answer, then at least its out there for people to know and understand what normal American people are going through.. Their actions will always be criminal, once they come here to this country criminaly. You can't build a life of propriety and righteous behavior in a society of law and order, when your first action when you stepped into that country was illegal (illegal entry).

Illegal entry cannot be tolerated and will never be a functional foundation for legal citizenship. All the problems that folks complain of with illegal immigrants are due to fact they are here illegally.

We can have work programs that allow people to come and work. As long as they come here in a state of law. We can ashould allow legal immigration.

I am very sure, that many, many illegalls in this country are doing jobs Americans will/would do.

I have no complaint with letting migrant field workers in to pick crops or even to dig ditches in construction at minimum wage if it can be determined no Americans can or will do the work. However, when they work for delivery co. driving trucks, doing work as waiters and waitresses, working in hardware stores, bakeries, doctors offices etc. they take work from Americans who want and need that work opportunity.

Illegas need to be removed ASAP. Work programs with documented people need to be arranged for low labor, low paying jobs and we need to start to Close/seal the border, sanction employers who hire illegals and start putting pressure on illegals here (like this Dr. Lic. program) to either leave or be deported and those caught here as illegals should have no chance at legal return. If they return again ...it's prison time and hard labor.

Why do you hate Mexico so much? As a mexican myself, i beleive it'sa great country and fyi, not everybody is poor, i can assure u i have more money than u do just because of the fact my dad works in the government.

But anyway, There is only one reason for illegal inmigration, and its in the phrase itself, take Europe, its waaaaaay better than the US in economy and you can go from one country to another without having to do anything.

If the people were legal, they would have the documentation they need to get a driver's license and wouldn't need to buy or create a fake one. The people who have fake ids have them because they can't obtain a real one due to documentation, not because they want to carry around a fake id.
