Take her the the Emergency vet IMMEDIATELY!! Time is of the essence. A puppy that age who is that sick needs immediate help. Just a few hours could make the difference between life and death.

You're puppy could be suffering from anything from parvo to rabies. DO NOT SHOOT YOU'RE DOG! You need to take this animal to an all hours pet emergency clinic. Check your phone book or the Internet for listings. Try calling back your vet. Tell him/her that if they cannot come immediately then you will need a reference for someone who can. You should not wait long! If your puppy is foaming at the mouth there is a good chance of suffocation. Please make sure the dos is not choking on it's tongue or on vomit.

Getting her to an emergency vet would be best.
If not possible, check her discharge (both from mouth and her stool) for signs of blood. If there is it could be Parvo.
Check for dehydration, to do this lift a pinch of skin at the back of the puppy's neck. If the puppy is dehydrated when you let go of the pinch of skin, it will remain pinched for a couple of seconds instead of returning immediately to it's normal position.
To treat dehydration use Pedialite (available in the infant department of your grocery store)

If you love her take her to the Vet NOW! Dont wait for tomorrow- chances are if it has been going on for the past two days waiting could make it too late! Be a responsible Doggie owner!

I agree, take her to the emergency vet. Could've eaten something poisonous, could be distemper, anything.
