Life is about learning to love and appreciate yourself. Before you can love yourself, you must understand yourself. That means accepting that "you" are more than, you, the individual. You are a component of the whole world that we all share. Hence, in order to understand yourself, you must also come to understand the world around you. With understanding comes appreciation and love.
