How do I report a person for abuse? Not a question or answer, but the person?

There is a woman on here who is posting questions in the parenting section, only they are not ansers, but she is insulting everyone and telling them they shouldn't have kids. This is bothering me, because people are looking for help and advice here, not ridicule.

There's no way to report a user except to report her questions or answers (although such a feature has been requested several times). Report as many of her abusive posts as you reasonably can. When you report her, you can include in the details box that it's a pattern of abuse and Customer Care should check her entire history. But I've yet to see any evidence of that actually working, so your best bet is just to keep reporting her stuff until she's eventually suspended. In extraordinary circumstances, you can also email the Answers Team at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com with details of the abuse, but that should really only be a last resort (give Customer Care several days to act on it, and even then, don't email the Answers Team unless it's really serious).

There is a flag next two the thumbs up/thumbs down by the person answer. Just click on that and it will ask you why you are reporting them. People are such losers

the easiest way is to go the users profile and copy their url address. then find a question and report abuse and in the blank box tell them to check her whole profile with the url copied in the box. customer care then can easily check her out.

don't sweat it, the person is feeding into people getting pissed off. your a grown woman, just ignore the question, as i do when people ask racist questions or comments...
