stress Headaches?

Can any one help me I take a lot of headaches been told by GP that it is stress headaches. is there any thing i can do apart from taking tablets. dont say rest cause that does not happen often.always busy (going for a eye test this week too) any ideas would be great thanks

    If you're in front of a computer, change your position, make the seat higher, lower... some change. get rid of that glare, and take small breaks. Keeping your head in one place can be one source of those headaches. Get one of those heated beanbags around your neck.

    Do a search on proper seating with computers. Limit that coffee too!!

    have a glass of wine in a candle light bubble bath and close your eyes every night and don't think about anything. I know it may seem hard if you are busy, but it helps.

    CHOCOLATE, COFFEE, TEA, OR SODAS. MY DR. SAYS CAFFIENE TAKES THEM AWAY, AND HE WAS RIGHT!
