I have to use alt control delete to get it off the screen. what's going on ? or how do I fix it.she don't know if he installed a sample or if it was paid for . 1. Never run more than one anti-virus at a time. They'll conflict with each other.
2. Remove Norton and keep AVG (it's better and free). The thing about Norton is when the one year subscription is up, it begins acting "funny". It'll pop up strange text boxes, prevent programs from running, report viruses that aren't there, among other "strange" things. Years ago, Norton was the best out there. Now, there's so much better and Norton has just fallen by the wayside.

I would advise you to uninstall Norton. It also may be necessary to use a web-based scanner from time-to-time to ensure you have double coverage. Anti-virus applications are not 100% accurate and can't possibly catch every virus. If you use more than one scanner you have more of a chance of eliminating a threat.
BitDefender has a web-based scanner that is loaded from Internet Explorer and can scan and quarantine/remove viruses. It is free to use.
1. Load the following address in Internet Explorer.

2. Follow the instructions for installing the BitDefender Internet Explorer plugin.
3. Do a full system scan.

It would be the simplest solution to unistall Norton. I use AVG and not only is it a very good system AVG also give very good support. If you should run into a virus problem that AVG hasn't detected (this hasn't happened to me yet) they will really pull out all the stops to fix it.
