I know you can make money running a Hot Dog Cart, but actually is it the money maker that the cart sellers tell you it is?

Two main ingredients is required, but more emphasis on the latter. Locations and whether your hot dogs are any good. If your dogs are so special and tasty, people will actually come to you, not th other way around.

That's so weird, I was thinking about this not too long ago! Ok get this, I was in China not too long ago, and they have some pretty strict regulations and taxes on business. Except these food vendors are too small for the government to worry about so they pull in a pretty good amount of cash and don't have to give any of it up. So at least for them, it was a good living with little capital to start up.
So I could see it being a pretty viable option. If you find out more let me know!

It depends on the city where you live. Look around and see if other hot dog vendors are making money.
