I'm curious, are there people that believe the things that Hank Hanegraaf and his ministry the?

"Christian Research Institute" speak of? Is he speaking truthes, or is he just dazzling people with his fancy vocabulary?

Update:

There are some points I can agree with. However, There are many that I don't. Such as, his eschatological position, his position on the state of the dead, his position on the Sabbath, etc.

Hank like all men lacks a perfect understanding of the Scriptures and is therefore prone to errors in what he teaches. That having been said, for the most part he does a good job of explaining the Bible to people. On the down side there have been reports of financial irregularities in his ministry that have brought criticism from Christian sources and have caused him to lose the ceritification of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability that tells Christians whether or not a particular ministry is doing a good job of stewardship of the donations they receive. When that type of scandal is shown to be true of someone who claims to be a teacher of God's Word one has to wonder if he falls into the category of men described in this passage from 2nd Peter.

2 Peter 2:1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.

I've read some of Hank's writing. But I don't think I can categorically agree or disagree with such a generic statement. If you have a specific point, then that could be discussed. I would say I tend to agree with most of what I've read of his. However, unless you mention a specific point, I don't think there's much to discuss.
