Jesus Loves You Is that so hard to understand?
God so loved this world that he sent his son to die on the cross for our sins past,present and future. I know some of u are gonna get upset but when I came to the realization that whatever I did be it yesturday or 10 years ago God forgave me throught the blood of Jesus that was the most liberating thing that ever happened to me in my life. So tell me why is it so hard for u to believe this?

Questions about Jesus, or Questions designed to convert or recruit people to Jesus (or even away from Jesus for that matter)are simply a waste of time. People have already decided for the most part if they believe in the fiction written in the bible. People who feel God talks to them have psychological problems because hearing voices is a psychological illness. All the major world religions have issues like this.

I can understand the whole jesus loves you part. I just choose to follow a different path. Im not a christian nor do i intend on ever being one. I wont get into my religion but we are expected to believe that jesus died for us just because some book told us so. the bible has been translated a dozen times by who knows how many people. It has bound to change from what had orginially been written. I can understand but believe, dont think its gonna happen on my end.

The biggest problem I have with what you said is the idea that God sees anything that you ever did as needing forgiveness.
To see your life this way God would have needed to first judge your actions and see them as less than acceptable to think of them as requiring forgiveness. This idea is foolish.
The idea of a judgemental God is simple nonsense. A lie told by religion about God. A lie intended to frighten child like minds into compliance. You no longer think with a child's mind so why are you still believing these lies that you have been told about our loving source.
Time to clear your thoughts and put this nonsense about God and judgement behind you.

It is very hard for me to believe that, am i not going to held accountable on the day of judgement for my sins? how can he died for the sins (over 2,000 years ago) that i have not committed and why did he say for one to have salvation he should keep the commandment. Every man is responsible for his action. There is no easy way out the only for salvation is to leave a righteous life. Jesus came to show us the way that will lead us to God not to die for any persons sin.
your "most liberating experience" came as result of your repentance it si all a matter of free will.

It is not possible.
Jesus is dead. He no longer can experience life nor interact with it. He is surely not capable of love anymore.
The God defined in your Bible is a very confused God. He can not make up his mind on anything. Honestly, the entire book looks as though it passed through the hands of one culture with various beliefs and then into another one. Come on now. Can you not see how obvious it is that the Bible is not inspired by a God. The Bible is the definition of Jesus, and God so therefore they are discredited. So God does not exist.
If Jesus ever lived, he never knew me. He never loved me. Even if he did love me he is no longer capable of it.

I also understand that the guy who works at the restaraunt across from my street loves me, and leaves equally creepy notes on my car telling me so. Doesn't mean I have to return the love, because being harassed into it doesn't work.

Yes, I understand it in part. What I cannot get my head around is that He loved me, enough to send His Son to take the punishment I deserved. It is wonderful so wonderful

Its extreemly hard for me to understand this. I try, I fail.
It is said that our relationship with God the father somewhat mirrors and images from our own earthly father's relationship.
I cannot understand the concept that "God is Love". For nobody really understands love, do they?

Jer 31:3 The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
If you really contemplate what Jesus did at the calvary, it will drive you to worship such infinite love. And will drive you to put sin from you.
And God really doesn't treat us as if we have sinned, he treats us as if we did nothing, if we repent.
Isa 38:17 Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.
:::edit:::
This for onlythetruth who claims Jesus was not God in the fless. I dispute you from the first chapter of Matthew
Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
lets take alook what he said to satan;
Mat 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Mat 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
Theres dozens more friend, try reading the new testament.
