If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOewQ

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Very simple is my personal favorite: take thin cut, lean, boneless pork chops and saute them in a cast iron pan. I put garlic salt, black pepper and parsley on them and put them in the hot pan that has been sprayed with Pam and had a light coating of olive oil added to it. I serve them with sauteed sliced mushrooms (mushrooms, butter, white wine) poured over them. Serve with a salad and boiled red potatoes or buttered egg noodles.

    Here's an easy marinade:

Take a large ziplock, pour in a lot of soy sauce. Add a lot of minced garlic and ginger, some olive oil, some Mongolian fire oil, and sesame oil (use the dark oil), and a slight drizzle of honey.

Put the chops in the bag, close, and rub them around. Put in fridge for a couple hours. Then grill.

We love this, and leftovers can be used for stir fry!

We like this one-serve with a side of cappelini and sauce! Enjoy

    PORK CHOP PARMESAN

    Pork chops

    1 egg, beaten

    1 c. bread crumbs

1 can tomato sauce (we use homemade gravy/sauce, but you can use canned stuff if you want)

    Butter or Crisco

    Parmesan cheese

    1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Melt butter or Crisco in a skillet. Mix bread crumbs with Italian seasoning. Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Brown coated pork chops in skillet. Pour tomato sauce over the chops and simmer 30-40 minutes. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

My favorite is both fast and simple. Brush cranberry sauce on both sides of each piece. Place in oven at 425 and bake according to the thickness of your chops. I switch to broil at the end to brown, turning once. I also use orange marmalade instead of cranberry.
