Police force in Gloucester?

a while ago the same force advertised for community support workers, i sent off for the application forms and read that they were particularly keen on employing ethnics and women. I'm a woman but I'm white so I didnt send it back because there was already trouble with males being turned down, so I thought why waste my time going through the forms when there was a good chance of being turned down before I even got a look in. It put me off, and now they're advertising again.

I think its terrible that the original ethnically native born people of (England) -this country are discriminated against in their own ethnic country of origin. I NOTED that some posters have claimed theyll get lots of compensation - £2,500 is not a lot of compensation, still their is discrimation of the original ethnically native born British women too, by people of their own ethnicity due to sexism, so theirs discrimination everywhere.

Yes, yes it's all very bad, but the people who were discriminated against will get plenty of compensation.
