first question ever: how do i stop worrying?

so i'm dating this girl, and it's great, but i have a bad habit of over-analyzing things. I'm not worried about her cheating on me, but I just always find reasons to think that she doesn't like me as much as i like her. I know, it's driving me nuts and it's all in my head... i've done it before with other girls i've dated too. does anyone else get worried about these things? how do you deal with it? I just need something to take my mind off of analyzing things too much... Thanks in advance and I promise to choose a best answer instead of just letting it go...

My husband is a worrier too, I'm just the opposite. My best suggestion to you is this...concentrate on just loving her, and doing sweet things for her to show your feelings. Trust that she will let you know if things are not as they seem. Whenever these thoughts pop into your head...relax, take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, exhale. Release the worry, and (cliche, I know) don't sweat the small stuff.

my son, relationship works in both direction. be positive just as u would in all aspects of life. problems and crisis are meant to make us stronger. trust her. be a friend to her 1st. get to know her better as a person, as love can blind our rationale and see if both of u can get along well. until then, keep it simple to minimise hurt. set your life priorities in place too., your friends and family.
