move mouse over task bar. left click and hold and drag to side. If this does not work you need to move mouse over task bar and right click and uncheck lock toolbars. Then once again left click and drag

Go on d taskbar itself, like a clean area of d taskar where it have no icons etc, just d bar, left click once and HOLD onto that click and drag it down from d side to the bottom. If that doesnt work, right click and make sure the "lock the taskbar" feature is off or unticked and try again. Laterz!

Point the mouse to any empty spot on the task bar, click and HOLD BOTH mouse keys and point the where you want the task bar, let go of the keys and it brings the task bar to where you pointed.

you need to left click and hold it on a blank area of the task bar and then drag it sideways and down to the original area.

Actually, the simplest way to do that is to:

    1. RIGHT CLICK THE TASKBAR (a pop-up menu appears)

notice the "LOCK THE TASKBAR" menu. Make sure that it has no check. If it has, click it to uncheck.

    2. Then after, you can drag the taskbar to any part of the desktop window.......

Ok, wrong answers on the first two...

LEFT-CLICK the bar, hold down the mouse button and drag it to where you want it to go. If it refuses to move, RIGHT-CLICK it and deselect LOCK THE TASKBAR.

When you get it to where you want, RIGHT-CLICK it and select LOCK THE TASKBAR.
