Well you prob think that it does because if not you wouldnt have asked the question. And i agree it meens the guy prob likes you and havent told you it yet because a) his too shy b) he is still figuring out if the feeling is mutual or c) he wants to take it slow with you.

He could have ADD and just drifts off.
