Am a 25 yr old guy badly in need of putting on weight...help?

I weigh just 53 kgs and have no facial hair which makes me look like a 17yr old kid. I have a good apeitite and eat enough of jink food and chocolates but nothing seems to be happening! Pls advice me how do i get some good facial hair and atleast to put on some 10kilos of weight. I have my sisters wedding coming up and i dont want to look like a small kid moving around, Plz help.

    Sorry Mike!! No way around it. Love yourself as you are. There are a lot of guys out there who would love to look younger if they could but they can't. YOU DO!!

    Hey...been there before. First of all, DON'T eat junk to gain weight. While it may work...it's horrible for you health. Eat more protein, milk and such.

    Also, you might try a weight gain formula like the body builders use to put on weight. Look for Whey Protein powder. Here's a link.

    The other you'll want to do is start working out. Push ups, crunches, squats, and others you can do from home or at a gym. You want to put on the weight but not look fat, right?

    I went from 113 to 135 over summer my junior year in high school lifting weights and doing the weight gain powder while still running 5 miles per day. People didn't even recognize me.

    I heard that drinking beer puts hair on a man's chest. I'd imagine it does something for the face too.

    Gaining weight is easy. Do you like bacon? Buy the nice fatty kind and fry it up whenever you're hungry. Get some white bread and dip it in the fat left in the frying pan, and eat that too.

    Drink alcohol and smoke with your meals. If you drink water with meals, switch over to homogenized milk, or buttermilk.

    When you go to the store, look for all the packages with big writing that says how healthy they are. That's how you know how to find the really fatty foods.

    See a whore sometime soon. She might give you some more pointers.

    Visit Walmart to see what the really fat people buy and just copy them.

    Facial hair is unfortunately decided by your genes. If you don't have a beard by 25, you prolly won't be able to grow one ever. As for the weight, join a gym. It's a lot more efficient to gain weight thru proper workout techniques and supplements than it is to go to every buffet in town to try to gain weight. Good luck!

    Start eating right, not chocolate. Eat ALOT of protein (chicken, fish, meat) you should start taking a weight gainer and go to the gym atleast 3 times a week. And, for your facial hair.. Shave where you want hair everyday, and it will start to grow.

    This means you have a very good metabolism. I think the best way is to see a doctor. Junk food is usually the best way to put on weight so if thats not working, seeing a doctor should be.

    Junk food and chocolates won't help. You need to eat food that's actually nutritional. Try consulting a nutritionist, gaining weight is a little easier than losing...

    I think you should go talk to your doctor. You dont want to eat too much junk food, cause even if your underweight you have to watch your cholosteral. Try taking up weight lifting. That'll put some meat on your bones. Take vitamins, and just be happy with who you are.
