Does a car dealership's website make a difference?

If you're looking to buy a certain make of car and you notice that there's really no difference between one dealership's website and the website's of their competition (same exact "About Us" page, same exact content on the home page, etc...) would it matter to you? What type of impression would it give you about the dealership?

NO. The only thing that matters to me is the quote they give. The one with the LOWEST quote that is closest to invoice will get my business.

if the manufactures are the same then id think they are just trying to use a site with little ingenuity from them and probably lower web development costs too. IMO
