    VInce McMahon won the 1999 Royal Rumble by eliminating Stone Cold when THe Rock came and interfered distracting Stone Cold allowing McMahon to win the Rumble.

    Didn't get there in time. Yes, McMahon won by eliminating Austin after interference from the Rock.
