Why do Wal-mart employees complain?
If you don't make as much money as you think you deserve, and you don't get the hours you think you deserve, and you don't get the benefits you think you deserve, why don't you just quit and get a job somewhere that gives you what you think you deserve?
I am sure when you were hired you agreed to the amount of money and you agreed to work part time and you agreed to the benefit package.....Why are you now complaining?

I hear that Wal-Mart get tax breaks from towns and doesn't pay their employees' health benefits. But my question is, what jobs would there be if Wal-Mart was not there at all? What are people comparing it to?
They give people jobs and low-price goods. If they drove the mom and pop stores out of business, it's because customers stopped going there and went to Wal-Mart instead.
