I have a 4.3 in my sand rail with an aftermarket Haltec computer and an MSD ignition including an aftermarket MSD distributor.

In a stock situation the computer would set the timing, but with my MSD distributor I have to set it, what would be the proper setting and at what RPM?

I am going to be registering a dunebuggy that I bought, it already has "special construction" title, however; it has not been registered in many years.
