I'm having internet problems, help?

Everything is in text. Pictures aren't coming up at all. Pretty much anything that is not text is not working. It's on all sites that I go to, whether or not I'm logged in.

Update:

I've also already rebooted the computer.

Ran a virus scan.

Just tried putting security settings at default.

Still not working.

It sounds like you may be having an "accessibility" issue. For users who are visually impaired, a lot of webpage programmers post 'alternative text'. For example, you would normally see a picture of a horse, but instead you see a text line that reads "picture of horse".

If that is the case, and you are seeing the alternative text, it is likely that you accidently (or maybe a prankster) has set your accessibility settings to show "text only". I cant find at the moment how to undo it, but it would be a Internet Explorer (browser) setting. With a little more research you probably will be able to fix your problem. I will keep your ID and if I find a solution soon I will email it to you (assuming you post your email).

Good Luck. And remember, not all Christians are bad. . .

Source(s): LATE ADDITION:::::::::::: If you use Windows. . . Go to "TOOLS" on your internet browser. Go to "Internet Options". The "ADVANCED" tab. Go down to the "MULTIMEDIA" section, and make sure the "SHOW PICTURES" box is checked. See if this is your problem.. .
