In your checked luggage.
Put a layer of clothes on the bottom of your suitcase. Roll the bottles up in tee shirts or sweat shirts and lay them in the middle. Put a pair of shoes at each end and roll up more clothes to put between the sides and the bottles. Then put the final layer of clothing over top.

Your gonna have to check it with your luggage, Wrap it in a shirt or something, and into a large zip-loc just incase! and pack it between other clothes.

I wouldn't do it. It's too risky. You don't know the kind of temperatures your wine will be exposed to. High pressure and sways in temperature are enemies of wine.
Ask for a carrier, send the wine by mail.

Make arrangements to send it ahead, or purchase when you get there. Why take a chance on delaying, or missing your flight entirely for a bottle of wine?

Whatever you do, but it inside a plastic garbage bag. If the bottle breaks, you won't ruin your clothes.
