So this morning i went to class started feeling dizzy.?
I thought it was because i was hungry so i stopped at dunkin donuts had 2 boston creme donuts and a mountain dew. I drove home and ate the food. I went to the bathroom like an hour later and lost balance and almost sat on the floor instead of the toilet. So i was still dizzy. I met my friend for lunch for pizza...was feeling dizzy driving and when i was at the pizza place. I got back home and i'm still feeling dizzy. I cannot figure out whats wrong with me...and i have a math exam in an hour to take (very important, cant miss it or i will flunk it permanently) So i have to go whether im sick or not. Got any ideas on what i can do to keep myself from being so dizzy and unbalanced?

hmm...maybe this has to do with your diet of donuts, mountain dew, and pizza...i remember college and all the crap i ate, so don't worry-i'm not judging you here-lol-but you should probably eat something with some nutrition and protein. also, if you can, talk to your professor about possible taking the exam at a later time today or tommorrow. he might can tell by looking at you that you are sick-if you are pale, have fever, etc. you should go home and eat something good for you--take a multi-vitamin-drink a huge glass of water-and sleep for a few hours..
if that doesn't help-then check with a doctor. good luck!

From what you wrote there is a possibility that you the Labyrinthitis (inner ear infection) that can cause constant dizziness. It is nothing serious but you have to treat it. See your doctor and tell him what was happening. Dizziness can be connected to many other serious things so it's good to be checked and start treating it! All the best!

These are all common period symptoms. Dizziness caused by your body failing to cope with your losing blood. Sweating is common too since the hormones fluctuate so that you can get your period in the first place. If you're worried about your iron eat liver or another type of high-iron meat.
