If you have a cake mix, it will be hard to make brownies from that because the ingredients to make a cake rise are in there. When it gets about half done, or when it starts to rise, take it out of the oven and drop the pan on the counter a time or two to make the cake fall. Do not cook until well done like a cake. If it don't make brownies, you will still have a slightly undercooked, fallen, cake.

Now, if people don't like it, tell them to buy you some brownie mix.

Try adding some chopped walnuts and using melted butter instead of the oil. Drop in only two eggs. Pour water in, only a third cup at a time, stirring to check the thickness of the mix. Should look like heavy mud. You won't use all of the water that a cake calls for. Pour batter into square or oblong pans to only 1 1/2 inches depth. When the top is lightly baked with craters and a toothpick comes out clean, you are done. Don't go away while baking. Check at 15 minute intervals. Good luck

Most chocolate or devils food cake mixes tell you how to make it like brownies.

It's just different amounts of ingredients.

    Cake mix

    2 Eggs

    1/2 cup of oil

mix that togther, put it in the pan, bake it for no more than 10 mins, let it sit before you cut them, keep them covered.

I use this recipie ot make chewy cookies. I bake them for 10 mins anymore and they get hard. I keep them in a covered container so that they stay chewy and dont get hard.

It will be a hard dough but you shoud be able to spread it out in a pan with your hands.

You may need to experiment with cooking times seeing as how you will be doing it as just one large item not as tsp size cookies.

Use a brownie mix, follow the instructions except mix it in an 8 x 8 glass baking dish with no oil added in the bottom. Bake it in the micro for about 4 min.( try 3 min and then add time if you are not sure about how hot your micro. cooks) or a toothpick comes out a little moist in the center. Don't overcook or you will have a sq. chocolate frisbee! Mix a Tblsp. of milk with 2 Tblsp. cocoa and 1 cup powered sugar well and frost the brownies if you like. My teens love them and so do their friends.

if it is for a 9 x 13 pan, use two eggs and make sure to leave it slightly undercooked.

    ooooo... brownies, yummy!

how about you just mix everything together and then you spray the casserole dish or whatever you are making the brownies in with veggie oil and then put it in the oven.

    it is not that hard!
