what would you do if your ex-neighbor came and ice picked your cars?

He is driving us nuts. We spoke to three dectives today and they said to leave him alone. We just heard that he has ice picked two other peoples cars on the same day and we need to top him. HELP!!!

Update:

We know who he is, he is made at us because he thinks we got him evicted.. We didn't... We have three families stating that he put holes in their tires by way of an ice pick. We need help and I think that we do need to the TV stations. Thanks,

Since this is a question in philosophy, I shall answer in that vein. If my ex-neighbor came and ice-picked my cars, I would first wonder what I had done in a past life to evoke this response from that person. I would then locate that person and forgive him twice. Assuming the ice pick was poked into my tires, I would then go buy new tires, and forgive the perpetrator a third time, perhaps while writing the check for the new tires--so as to gain the most personal power therefrom.

If the third forgiveness was not sufficient to turn him from his evil ways, I would forgive him the 77 times 7 times required by most Middle-Eastern texts, and hope coals of fire were heaped upon his head thereby.

So this guy has been ice picking cars?If he has to yours go and get a restraining order. Protect yourself and your family. You know who he is? Why do you need detectives if you know who he is? Call the police, he should be arrested by now.

You need to top him? Hopefully you don't mean by resorting back to violence like he has.

You could contact the local newspapers and news stations. If they pick it up and it gets coverage then the police are more apt to work faster under the eye of scrutiny by the public.

I am not completely sure what you mean by 'ice picking a car', but it sounds like it is something that is damaging to the finish... Talk to a lawyer for suing him for damages, but first, see if you can find a law-savvy friend that can tell you if it'd be worth it, cost wise. If anything, maybe attempt to take out a restraining order. He is harrassing you, it could be made out to be.

File an FIR in the nearest police station and of course file an insurance claim as well.

But I missed the philosophy here?

Hire a hitman or watch alot of c.i.s.ncis x files kill him yourself you can do it its easy odds predict a fight will occur and you will lose someone close so either strike hard or protect yourself and wait for the event in fear that means step up and do the right thing dont be a dead fool

are you speaking with a dective Woody Woodpecker?

He can't operate in the ice. But he still can pick and peck.

    ever heard of an attorney?

    state highway patrol?

    state attorney general?

    cheers

I have no idea what you are talking about. Hiring a private detective to follow someone can get you sued or charged for harassment if you don't have a good reason for it or they cross the line.

Install cameras outside and when he does anything else, file charges. Otherwise, stay away. Someone like that could kill you if you confront them.
