What happens when you say you can't take anymore?
This morning my children were fighting and i caught myself telling them that i can't take anymore. When i reach this point they lose their television. I wondered what other people do in their lives when they reach the point they can't take anymore of whatever it is..Thanks for the insight
everyone seems to be giving me advise which is nice but what i'm asking is how do you handle stress in your life. whether it's about children or work or just whatever. :)

I used to go down in the basement and scream. Actually scream. That kind of scared my four children. They usually behaved for a little while anyway. Hang on. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Now my children are all grown and out of the house. Once in a while, I miss those days.

I get away. Sometimes for a minute, sometimes for a couple of days. I remove myself from a negative situation to regroup. Once I get myself back together, I'm more calm and capable of handling the situation.

be careful you don't desensisitze them to you breaking point they may hear others in life say this and don't response in the right way
I often repeat "Thank you Jesus" it helps me not to focus on whats wrong and magnify what is good and thankful
be thankful to Jesus for your children being alive and not no a death bed(just a example) But the thank you Jesus works very well with all things
I hope this is a better answer

When I can't take anymore. I give it to God.
1Cr 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].

the only thing you can do is remove yourself from the situation untill you calm down....i have 4 kids so i know what you mean. Yelling back makes everything worse. I find that getting away from it for about 10 mins calms things ..good luck to you

I think it's more a sign of frustration than anything else. I try to refocus my attention in another direction and I pray a lot.
