Some women like the feeling of having a men that can not belong to them, it is just more adventurous and fun that way.

It makes us feel like we have accomplished something. For instance we must be making him extremely excited if he is risking losing his family over being with us. Also we have very low self esteem and it gives us a boost in that department. We know that we could never have someone that good but we can borrow him for the night.
