Before you go into work after at least a one night break, how many hours of a nap do you take? And how long are your shifts..8 or 12?

My shift is 11pm to 7am -- provided we do not have overtime. I try to sleep at least six hours before getting ready for work. I cannot function on less than six hours (but that is me.)

8 i try to partly maintain the night sleep schedule when Im off. Usually go to bed at 12 or 1 on the day Im going in, have to be out of the house by 9.20 or so
