Heat Manhunter Band of the Hand (an action flick from the late 80s about juvenile delinquents trained to be a vigilante group) BQ: The scene from Heat where Pacino and Deniro talk in the diner. A close second place would be the scene from the Insider where Pacino and Russell Crowe are parked in front of a giant clock, because that clock was two blocks away from where I lived in my home town. BQ2: Now that I know it's Mann's birthday, I think I'll check out Manhunter. Haven't seen it in a while. BQ3: No. Miami Vice is better than most people make it out to be; Public Enemies is good, but not great.

  • Not counting Mini-series but just 'made for tv' movies, I'd have to say 1983's The Day After, also: Night Of The Twisters and, hmmmm..... The Babysitter, an older movie with William Shatner, and of course Patti Duke All 3 GREAT!

Well, Angels in America is one of them. Then, Brian's Song was a tear jerker as well. The third would be Stephen King's Duel, with Dennis Weaver. those are the three I would pick.
