Is it my imagination.or do buffalo wings taste like chicken?

actually, the buffalo wings are indeed came from the winged buffaloes.

It's a special kind of buffalo. It has no horn, but a comb on their head.bigger on its male. has no mouth but beak, and these buffaloes aren't eating grass, but seeds and grains. The other significant differents from the common buffaloes are they're a lot smaller, got feathers and of course -wings.

I wonder why people always said that it taste like chicken, because it's chicken.

It is your imagination. Buffaloes used to have wings. After centuries of people cutting them off they lost the ability to fully develop their wings. The calves have wings when they are born and that is what they use to make buffalo wings.

get real! they are chicken...the buffalo part has to do with the sauce from Buffalo, NY and the wing part has to do with the chicken that it comes from.
