I don't understand the question, you're praying for a Buddhist rosary? I take that to mean that you want something material and in order to get it, you're going to pray for it. But then, further reading, you typed, "I should have them ready by this afternoon"

I think they are called ''mala'' beads, I've heard different explanations as to what the beads represent. There are usually 108 beads in one strand or a fraction of 108 (for bracelets). I'm not sure what their purpose is other than to help in meditation to remember/reflect on different mental states.
