What are the benefits you get out of the R&S section?
For me, I've had a chance to learn about other religions I had no idea about before. It can actually be pretty interesting at times, when the debates are healthy. Sometimes I feel like people don't think enough before they post, like when they are insulting or try to provoke others. I wish people would just try to take a breath or something before they say certain things. lol. I guess that just goes along with the territory when you're discussing religion.
lol. To the last answerer, sometimes I really feel what you're saying. I've heard other people say the same thing. Sometimes only you know when the right time to leave will be. For me, it will probably be when I go back to work in a month or so. I'll probably still peek in every once in a while, though, just for kicks.

I enjoy interacting with other people who think that spirituality is important. I believe spirituality is very important no matter what a person's belief system is.
Education is very important. I learn from others no matter what their belief system is. I am a Christian and I learn more about my faith from other Christians.
I also enjoy giving away my knowledge. Each of us has a certain amount of knowledge. If we all share what we know, all of us will learn something different because no two people are alike and everyone learns a different lesson in life. I believe that when I give knowledge away it will come back to me.
I also benefit from the fact that I can ask for prayer when I need it.

Sometimes I get a mighty good laugh and other times I really think about things. All good in my opinion.

There are many in this section R.S. who are just fed up in what they see in the world, so if I can answer questions to benefit their inquiry and they chose my observations It makes me happy I helped.

I get to "Blowviate " and people think I know something....besides my wife sick of hearing it all(for 32 years).
