quad injury?
ok so today I ran like mad from midfield and had three chasing me but was able to score anyways. However, as soon as I started the run I felt a pull on my quad ( yeah maybe I didn't stretch enough before the game). How do I nurse this pulled muscle back to 100% because we have a big game next Sunday

Stretching is a painful but good way to get your muscle relaxed again. The more it hurts the more you should stretch.

give it like 2 days and be icing it...then take some anti-inflammatories and start heating it and doing some stretching. maybe do a little bit of light jogging or exercising..but don't push yourself before next week cuz you'll most likely re-injure it if you push to hard too fast...and make sure you warm up really well before!!!
