I think they submit the same question in different categories, not realizing that it doesn't matter what category you post it in - it's going to be seen.

I think some want an answer right away so they post it under many catagories...or some realize they didn't post it in the right catagory and instead of deleting they post it elsewhere as well. Who knows? It's annoying though.

Probably by accident. Maybe they didn't think it too and they hit submit twice. You should just ignore the second one and answer the first one.

Sometimes I thinkl they ask again in different categories, to maximise the response. Othertimes, I think people are just silly!

its because sometimes when you hit it to submit button you get an error page or something then you go back and submit it again even tho it already went trough... therefor taking down 10 points ^_^
