Is there any safe herb or product I can take ..........?

Is there any safe herb or product I can take to promote good mental health? I feel stressed all of the time, but I would like to relax more. I was just wondering if there was something natural I can take instead of a perscription drug....... I don't like to go to the doc for these kind of things, they act like I'm nuts. :o)

B-Complex often called "happy food". It feeds the nerves and has a profound effect on mental and emotional stability. Stress, medications, sugars, and alcohol all rob the body of B vitamins. It's water-soluble and needs to be taken throughout the day. Must seek out a very pure and high quality brand.

Also, might want to consider Moodlift which helps relieve anxiety, nervous disorders, fatigue, tension headaches, promotes relaxation and a positive mental outlook.

Key ingredients: St. Johns Wort, Siberian Ginseng, Green Oats, and Inositol.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Don't look outward to fix something inner. Obviously your nutrition must be balanced with many green leafy vegetables and good hydration, with abscence of unhealthy foods, it's an obvious answer but it's true. Green tea helps with calmness but the rest is self inflected. you can heal yourself with your own thoughts. Look at this.

If i were you, I'd try Chinese herbalist (if you are not afraid of bitter medicine) or acupuncturist (if you are not fear of tiny little pain)...works for me. Good luck.
